Villa Eleon is located in the Saronic Bay (Anavyssos area) on the outskirts of Southern Attica.

 Villa Eleon is an elegant residence architecturally designed for comfort and functionality. The 250 sq.m villa built in 3 layers in a 600 sq.m green plot, all connected with stairs and elevator,  can accommodate for up to 12-14 people. Ideal for families with children or large groups of friends who would like to enjoy their holidays in an aesthetically pleasing and safe environment, Villa Eleon can offer you unforgettable moments!

The ground level is an open living area where by opening the window wall you will find yourself wandering in the garden or diving in the swimming pool. In the internal part there is a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two dining tables a WC and two sofa beds.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub, all with balconies with fantastic view to the Mediterranean landscape. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has a three persons bunk bed.

On the second floor there is an en-suite master bedroom including a single sofabed and a large balcony with Seaview.

Outdoors the Villa features a kitchen including Barbeque, bar and a large dining area which serves up to 14 people, where guests have the ability to enjoy meals while overlooking the astonishing scene with the striking garden full of flowers, palm trees, olive trees and green lawn. Additionally, there is one bathroom with shower in the outdoors area.

The villa is only 2,5km from Anavyssos beach which is partly organised with umbrellas, beach-bars, a cafe-restaurant and water sports. Furthermore, there is a big playground and a walking and cycling promenade.

Within a few minutes’ drive, guests have the ability to visit some of the most beautiful beaches of the magnificent Athenian Riviera, and along the coast are numerous bars, clubs and cafes for the famous all-night Greek entertainment, as well as restaurants with superb Greek and international cuisine.

Athens city center, where you can also visit the Acropolis, is a 45-minute drive. Athens Villa Armonia is well-situated with access to Athens international airport (30km), the famous ancient temple of Poseidon in Sounion (19km), Piraeus port (44 km) and Lavrio port (15 Km).
